Honeymoon

Our honeymoon was amazing. On March 8th we headed out. We had to take a couple flights and finally arrived in San Juan late at night. We stayed at this hotel called, Cora by the Sea. It was super ghetto and we may have gotten stuck in the elevator a couple times. Luckily we were only there for a little bit. The next morning we finally got to board our ship, it was amazing. Our cute little room had a balcony and was perfect for us. We went to Barbados, St. Thomas, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Martan, and maybe a couple others but their names are slipping my mind. We did two excursions. The first was in St. Thomas, we went snorkling. It was so much fun, it rained a little bit but of course it was so warm and we really enjoyed it. In St. Kitts we went on a long tour around the island. It was so much fun to be in the bus and just ride around, it was open so it was nice to have the breeze and just hang out. We loved that day. We went to the beach when we were in Barbados. And in St Lucia we just walked around the town and visited the little markets. Our favorite excursion was in St. Martan. We got to ride these little Rhino boats along the coast. It was beautiful and we got to drive ourselves. We then got to go snorkeling near a beach at the end. It was so much fun. It was so great for Wilson and I to be able to go on this trip alone and just be with each other. It was crazy that we were on our own and were responsible for ourselves now. This trip was when I realized just how great marriage would be and how excited I was to start my life with Wilson. I was ready to be our own family unit and to be able to govern ourselves. I will never forget how fun that trip was. I'm grateful for Wilson, he set the whole thing up and did an amazing job. At first he told me that he wasn't going to tell me where we were going until that morning when we were going to the airport. Of course.. I got it out of him and he did tell me. We still told people it was a surprise though:) He's so good at planning things and surprising me. I sure love him.
